Broicism

An offshoot of the often misrepresented Stoicism, which places disproportionate focus on bravery, action and cold showers; to the exclusion of compassion and wisdom which are the Stoic traits that underpin all the other virtues. Being strong means nothing without also being wise, guys. Make choices that are for the greater good of all, including yourself. But don't use this philosophy as justification for actions that are reckless, self-seeking or dangerous. Stoicism is about walking away from potential sources of chaos in your life, not towards them. Sure, get over yourself, but this doesn't have to be at the cost of treading on anyone else. And what's more, it requires no muscles, financial success or approval of your friends. Stoicism is about being free from all that. Why not go onto r/stoicism and find out what it's really about, freedom awaits. Amor Fati.

Britishism Whore

Anyone who doesn't live in England who constantly tosses common Britishisms into their chat, Live Journal, comments ect. in attempt to make themselves appear much more worldly than they actually are. ANY American who uses the words bollocks, wanker, arse, snarky and ruddy when they've never set foot outside of their beloved Wisconsin/New Jersey, much less the United States. A Britishism Whore will more likly than not write in their LJ about the ROW they had with one of their ex MATES when she requested a change in the foremat to something more readable, "...but the RUDDY COW couldn't be ARSED to do it! She was being a RUDDY COW, FULL STOP!!!"
Potter Heads, Lord Of The Rings fans, some stray Emo kids and a surprising amount of Mods are guilty of being Britishism Whores. This special breed of whore incites allot of ammusement from those who can see right through them (everyone).

Raboflavin went apeshit over the use of "Britishism Whore" and promptly deleted it because it was too revealing of her true whore-y identity.

Britishism Whore

Any who doesn't live in England who constantly tosses common Britishisms into their chat, Live Journal, comments, ect. in an attempt to make themselves appear more worldly than they actually are. In other words, ANY American who uses the words arse, bollocks, wanker or snarky when they've never set foot outside of their beloved Wisconsin/New Jersey, much less the United States.
A Britishism whore will oftin write in their LJ about the ROW they had with one of their ex-MATES when she requested the font on her LJ be more readable, "...but she just couldn't be ARSED to change it! She is, FULL STOP, a stupid RUDDY COW! Urh, puts me into a RIGHT SNARKY mood!"

Potter Heads, LOTR fans, the occasional Emo kid, a great deal of Mods and a surprising number of self-proclaimed "Grammar Nazis" are guilty of being blatant Britishism Whores. This special breed of whore incites allot of amusement from those who can see right through them (everyone.)

Halsey: "Arroxa's claims on Shrek being written as a Ricardian socialist criticism on Consumerism is bordering on fundamentalist criticism. Not because of her take (which is interesting), but her claim that all other interpretations of the artistic work; that is Shrek, is phony -- which is a bit much. I mean her take is interesting, but come on dude. Do you know what I mean Jiheon."
Jiheon: "Yeah she seems a bit much at times, but Arroxa is our highly opinionated bestie. We love her despite her putative ipsedixitism."
