The passing of both gas and blood out of the rectum. Most commonly caused by anal penetration.

After Melissa had a rough night of anal sex with the whole footballteam, she decided she had to go and visit the toilet. As she finally sat down she felt the need to release gas due to all the penetrating. After letting a big fart she realised that it also contained blood. Therefore a "bloodfart".
