Throwing a pencil or another sharp object down a gangster-man's low rising pants. When he does not notice it and sits down on it when it is vertical, causing intense pain, which is called bertonazzi.

Yo B-Dizzle was walking down the hallway when his pants was ridin' rathah low. Smellanie was walkin' down the hallway and threw her newly sharpened pencil in his draws, point side up. B-Dizzle didn't notice and sat down. This cause him some intense bertonazzi.
