Winlow

One who steals Smarties from supermarkets, usually favoring the Co-Op.

Often leaving belongings behind, Winlows are not talented thieves, and more often then not are caught in due time.

It may be pure irony, but some say that Winlows steal Smarties specifically in order to become smart, and the fact that they leave belongings behind is proof that in fact, prior to Smartie consumption, they're quite stupid.

"Did you hear about that guy who stole Smarties from the Co-Op?"
"Yeah, I hear he got caught"
"Hah, he left a bag in there and went back to get it."
"What a Winlow"

Someone who acts, thinks, and pretends to be a millionaire, but they are not. As wanksta is to gangsta.
This person generally will display lots of monopoly style money around their person, hoping that this will encourage more real money.
