under the influence of stuff or accent or both you might do your best with, "woop" (as casual and lazy and kind of bassey as you can make your voice when you say it always). as the "uh" shound can be elongated — as well as tone lowered, for emphasis. To summarize, sounds like "'sup"-starting with a "W".
