1. The main location in a popular video game called Fallout 3 ( Basically a destroyed Washington D . C )

2. The real Washington D . C could still be considered a Capital Wasteland due to crime , crooked cops , crooked politicians , as well as it's strange on again off again gun ban laws that violate the constitution from the same country and so forth.

( example 1 ) Gamer 1 : " I killed a super mutant at the capital wasteland. "

Gamer 2 : " I didn't know you liked Fallout 3 ".

( example 2 ) Man 1 : " I got a job working for the government. "

Man 2 : " Really where at ? "

Man 1: " The Capital Wasteland. "

The socially toxic pollution created by a person's psychotic or borderline psychotic meltdown. The confusion, frustration, resentment and anger others experience during AND after a friend or loved one's psychological breakdown. The abbreviation of "psychological hazardous waste." The psychological equivalent to "biological hazardous waste (biohazardous)."

Leonard's explosive temper left his family and friends in an uncomfortable atmosphere of psychohazardous waste.

The result of Kiesha's unforeseen meltdown was a joyous occasion spoiled by the destructive psychohazardous waste left behind.

Waste Numbers are numbers that can be assigned to bodily secretions during times when yelling "I NEED TO TAKE A SHIT!" may not be appropriate. Teachers also use them in preschool or kindergarten classes. The first 5 are ones all people can do. 6s are performed primarily by males, and 7 & 8 are exclusively female functions. Diarrhea is not assigned a number because it is essentially a form of #2. It can be called "#2 EXTREME!"
#1 = Urinate (pee)
#2 = Defecate (poop)
#3 = Flatulence (fart)
#4 = Vomit (barf)
#5 = Spit (hock-a-loogie)
#6 = ejaculate (cum)
