After being sent to kill 1 man in the Harwood district of Portland, Liberty City by Sonny Forelli (don of the Forelli mafia) in 1971, 10 hitmen were sent to kill him. He kills all of the hitmen men then is arrested by the LCPD 15 years later he is released and sent to Vice City to do a drug deal which goes wrong which leads him to get vengeance, then takes control of the City.
