Unclean

Someone who is unvaccinated, wears no mask, and follow no guidelines from an outside source.

Nobody is going to want to be around that maskless, unvaccinated guy. He puts everyone around him including himself at risk of becoming as unclean and impure as he is, not to mention as disobedient and untamable. Who knows what kind of diseases he has, he might be a leper with a highly contagious mutating lung disease.
