tatting

Also known as 'Dumpster Diving', Tatting is a form of recycling, most commonly performed in early morning or late at night, it is the practice of rooting through skips behind shops to see what usable stuff they have thrown away.
It is a surprisingly common practice, recently having an article devoted to it in The Sunday Times.

On my first night tatting I found a couple ahead of me who showed me where some great CD's were, although they took a teacup set and lots of books to sell at a car-boot sale...

A word used to describe an individual that has a strange tendency to be up all night and sleep during the day. Speculation says that this individual is actually a vampire none other than The Count, spending his nights counting and looking at porn involving purple women. It is not uncommon to hear an "Ah Ah....Ahhhhhhh" echo in the night as he finishes his nightly fapp- err flapping.

TATE-ing

The act of writing TATE (all caps necessary, or it doesn't count) in random places all over any object. It is unclear who started TATE-ing, but now, you can't possibly name everyone who does it. TATE does not stand for anything, but is found everywhere. TATE is an actual name, but i will not give his last name for privacy matters.

20 years into the future:future kid #1"hey, this desk, wall, and even lunch tray all have 'TATE' written on them."
