The Fist Games

The annual event affectionately known at The Fist Games takes place on the first Thursday in January after the Epiphany. While not a religious holiday, it is celebrated religiously by its founders. The history of the Fist Games traces its roots to Tulane University in the late 1990s. A small group of men, mostly soccer players, led by Dave K., also know as "Ace in the Hole" in the poker community, needed a reason to celebrate that day.
