The act of making fictional men seem more motherly and caring than they actually are. They are paired with another male character to be the “dad.” This started with Sugawara from Haikyu!! but quickly spread like a rampant disease to other fandoms. Usually there will be “mom” or “mama” mixed with their names. Ex. mamapika (kurapika from hxh) 😰, sugamama🤮🤮.
