An extremely bad driver,or a retard of the road. Can be a steriotype, such as an old person, but not always.

When one stereotypes someone or something using a specific term that term becomes a stereoterm. A term that is used to assume something's general status.

A-"He doesn't do anything, he must be 'straight edge'."
B-"Even though it's stereoterm i can see why you think that."
