A term used by african american males to refer to caucasion females during a situation when the male is tryin to "holler" or "spit-game" (get the females attention).

"Yo dawg, you be schemeing on that snowbizzle". "Yo park that car, ima go holla at the snowbizzle rite quick". "Ayo snowbizzle, can I buy you a drink?" "Ayo snow bizzle what's your sighn?
