it means Sexy; typed in a different way, usually used when playing around, between friends, sometimes when being sarcastic.
Usually used to tell someone of the same gender the look good or sexy without making it sound homosexual. Or to tell a friend they look sexy without having them mislead the message.
Or just plain use to tell someone they look good.

secksy

Secksy, a variation of Sexy with a BIG difference. Sexy is what it's called when you have a sexual interest in a person. Secksy is when you realize that others may have a sexual interest in a person. I.E. A man can call another man secksy and still be straight, whereas calling him sexy indicates gayness.

Guy#1 "I look uber 1337, no?"
Guy#2 "Secksy!"
Guy#1 "Lets go pick up some womens!"
Guy#2 "Right on!"

No more secs!

Its sounds like no more sex. But really it means no more seconds. If someone like a child is doing something and someone else like a parent or teacher tells them not to, and then the child says "one sec", and then if the child say that a few times the parent or teacher will usually end up saying "No more secs!".

Teacher: "C'mon Billy, you gotta hurry up!"
Billy: "Just one sec"

-2 mins later-

Teacher: "Billy you have to come now!"
Billy: "Okay Okay, just one sec"

-3 mins later-

Teacher: "Billy im not going to tell you again!"
Billy: "Alright, on sec"
Teacher: "Billy, No More Secs!"
