sociosexual

Sociosexual orientation (or sociosexuality) is the individual difference in the willingness to engage in sexual activity outside of a committed relationship. Individuals with a more restricted sociosexual orientation are less willing to engage in casual sex; they prefer greater love, commitment and emotional closeness before having sex with romantic partners. Individuals who have a more unrestricted sociosexual orientation are more willing to have casual sex and are more comfortable engaging in sex without love, commitment or closeness.

This is a rather new term I think, 2014 being the first time I have encountered it. Sociosexuality is a psychological or clinical term for promiscuity, or the degree of it, i.e. high or low.

Scrosexuality

An aphallic - which means ‘non penis’ centric sexual orientation solely focused on the scrotum which is the erotic focus. It is not a fetish it is a sexual orientation that basically The male can only be attracted to the female counterpart if she is more attracted to his scrotum more so than the rest of his body.

Many people love dick but balls are so much sexier when they hang low which is why I decided to date my boyfriend who identifies under the scrosexuality orientation

Setrosexual

Coined by Simon Sheena in November 06'
Being inbetween a hetrosexual and metrosexual. A man that looks after himself but not to the extent of being classified as a metrosexual. It can be considered a lighter form of metrosexuality. Note: A setrosexual does not mean a closet homosexual. A setrosexual has only interests in himself and women. A man who attempts to look his best at all times, one that takes pride in his apperance.

Girl 1 - "Wow, this guy is so cute but he does focus on himself alot, do you think he's...?"
Girl 2 - "no way, he can't be, his interests are purely in women or himself"
Girl 1 - "yeh, he must be Setrosexual then"
