One that cannot be scared by kids, particularly when used by adults.

When a child is continually trying to scare an adult and the adult says, "You can't scare me, I'm scareless"

scarecasting

Similar to weather forecasting, but either a news source (company or individual) twists the forecast of a severe storm into a worst case scenario. This usually occurs well before a storm forecast has been solidly determined.

Person 1: The weather forecast on the news is saying Hurricane Irma is the next Harvey, and it's going to hit Charleston, SC.

Person 2: Irma is still a week away from landfall. It sounds like they're scarecasting. Don't believe everything you hear.

A really big, hairy, or unsightly areola. Should be atypical enough to inspire fear and/or quiet wonder when shown to a small child or animal.

Madison Square Park in the summer is like a petri dish for scaryolas.
