A song released by Led Zeppelin in the early 1970s. It is the greatest song that ever came into this world. Not to mention a great stress reducer.

i) A very popular song by Led Zeppelin, released in 1971
ii) A sex position done on a staircase (often in a pool). The woman lies on the stairs, with all but her neck area above water (if in a pool), while her partner fucks her. The moving water is very pleasing for women.

i) I love the song Stairway to Heaven, it is my favorite!
ii) I fucked my girlfriend in the stairway to heaven position last night and it was fucking awesome!

The song by Led Zeppelin that has the impossible quality of being the greatest rock-and-roll song of all time but somehow not Led Zeppelin's best song, which instead is Kashmir.
Classic Rock radio station: Once again, Stairway to Heaven has been voted the best song of all time.
Led Zeppelin fan: All of Zep's songs are great, but if I had to choose just one as my favorite, I'd say Kashmir.

The most gorgeous song done by Led Zeppelin. While the guitar chords are simple, it is composed brilliantly.
I believe stairway to heaven refers to a lady's greed leading to her demise. Much of the song refers to capitalism (western civilizaiton) and money in a negative light.

There's a lady whose sure
All that glitters is gold
and she's buying a stairway to heaven.
There's a feeling I get, when I look to the West/ and my spirit is crying for leaving.

Stairway to Heaven, the guitarists 'Chopsticks'
By the great Led Zeppelin. Great to listen to, great to play (just don't do it in a guitar store, you won't make it out alive)
Also a great stoner track.

The greatest song of all time. No noe will write anything like this EVER.
The satanic messages rumors are fake, Robert Plant said:
"I find that it's sort of an American pastime. There is what they call the in America the College Circuit, where people can lecture on Clearasil, AIDS, homosexuality and the like and get paid $5,000 a night. Somebody decided that poor, defenseless band like Styx and E.L.O., who are indefensible anyway, and masters of No Comment like Led Zeppelin would be good, easy meat for a university tour. I think it just goes to show how sad the world is, that people actually allow themselves to become audiences to other people with nothing better to do. To me it's very sad, because "Stairway To Heaven" was written with every best intention, and as far as reversing tapes and putting messages on the end, that's not my idea of making music. It's really sad. the first time I heard it was early in the morning when I was living at home, and I heard it on a news program. I was absolutely drained all day. I walked around, and I couldn't actually believe, I couldn't take people seriously who could come up with sketches like that. There are a lot of people who are making money there, and if that's the way they need to do it, then do it without my lyrics. I cherish them far too much."
