A request that you do something, but doing it is formed as a pseudo question--often by a figure of authority--that's really a statement. (BTW--requests from your girl/boy friend in such a manner don't count; that's called rhetoric).
Scene: in an all-department meeting; your name is Beauchamp
The requestion...
Your boss: Beauchamp, could you put together an outline of every promo event from last year by tomorrow?

You: think WTF?!

Requesticle 

A small request that someone might have.
Mom: I have a requesticle for you, son.

Son: What is it?

Mom: Can you pick up some milk on your way home from dance practice?

Requestimate 

A request for an estimate.
I made a requestimate for new countertops. They'll be here Wednesday.

requoptional 

An intentionally ambiguous adjective that appears to clarify whether or not something is required but results in confusion and the potential for an inappropriate result.
Wearing short skirts at your new job is completely requoptional.

Passive requestive 

Implying something should be done in a way that makes it seem like someone else should do it; passive aggressively making a request by stating what someone else might do
"I might make some bread tomorrow in case SOMEONE wanted to make breakfast sandwiches on Saturday," my husband said passive requestively
