reedsburger

A reedsburger is a type of hamburger found only in the city of Reedsburg. It is one of the best burgers you will ever taste. Their taste comes from the Beaver patty made from the local beaver population, and the Choraliers. You can find them in the Touchdown Tavern on Main Street in the Burg. Once you have eaten around 10 reedsburgers (and clogged every toilet in town), you make your way over to the Wisconsin Dells, to finish your day with atleast a little satisfaction.

Reedies

The extremely prententious people who go to Reed College. Portland, OR slang, but is commonly found wherever people are talking about Reed College. Has two primary usages:

a)people who go to Reed.
b) a nerd, lesbian, or neo-hippie.

a) "my uncle was a Reedie. He majored in Biology"

b)"Dude, I saw that girl buying a sleater Kinney CD. What a reedie!"

"Buries his head in his books like a reedie"

"you haven't taken a bath in 6 days, George. Are you trying to become a reedie or what?"

Pulling a reed / Reeding

This action occurs when a certain individual, usually a ginger, attempts to flirt with and pick up a relatively attractive girl. When his attempts are inevitably denied, the individual then slips into a spiral of making more and more awkward and creepy comments, until the individual seems SO creepy, the local newspaper may even report on it. Those who partake in "pulling a reed" or "reeding" are poor souls indeed.

Guy: "Hey, wanna fuck?"
Girl: "Um, no. I want to leave now and never come back."

Spectator: "Wow, he's totally pulling a reed / reeding that ho."
