The constant, unblinking, stare of the "one-eyed monster" (penis) when it is standing at attention (erect).

In my previous life as a nudist, I would pass girls, and give them the ole "pubic stare" inspection - much like a dog sniffs another dog's ass. A man must be free!

let's discuss the difference between a real fan, shall we?

real fan:

doesn't judge other fans by how many song titles they can name, respects that some other fans don't know every single song of every single panic album, and most definitely doesn't hand out their unwanted opinions to new fans.

fake fans:

always asks irrelevant questions and makes other fans uncomfortable.

Brand of cosmetics for the alternative/punk/goth lifestyle. Their signature product is their line of funky semi-permanent hair colors. It was founded by Tish and Snooky Bellomo, singers in the original Blondie lineup. The original Manic Panic shop still stands at St. Marks Place in NYC, but people can buy products at Sallys or any novelty shop.

Boy: "I really wanna dye my mohawk pink!"
Girl: "I could dye it for you!"
Boy: "Sweet!"
Girl: "Let's head over to Sallys to buy some Manic Panic!"
