The person exclaiming Pissbitchery spews forth a smug standoffish attitude where nothing anyone else does is correct and that they are they all knowing all seeing master of their own self important pathetic universe. Most people who fall under this state of mind are individuals with a false sense of grandeur and have successfully ascended past the rank of Bitch, Asshole and Smug Prick.

My IT Director was full of Pissbitchery after I discredited his blabbering nonsence during our weekly department meeting.
