Permadirt

A common camping term for dirt or sand that gets stuck in your skin, making you look dirty constantly even if you’re cleaned yourself up. it stands for “Permanent Dirt”

When someone or something is permanently dirty even after just being clean it looks or feels dirty.

Person1: Dude, you know Billy, right?

A permadip is the result of putting in to many large pinches of smokeless tobacco. This causes the lip to bulge out to appear that you have a dip in when in all reality you do not.
