Penalty box

The period of time from when your server asks to take your order and you say you need more time, until the server actually returns to your table to take your order.

Server: "May I take your order?"
Megan: "I'm not ready. Can you come back in 2 minutes?"
Server: "Of course. Take your time."
5 minutes later when everyone has been ready to order:
Dylan: "We're in the penalty box now. Is the server ever coming back?"

The vahjuhge of a woman who has recently finished a rigorous athletic endevor (preferably a smelling hockey game or recent rugby match) who aggresively demands cunnilingous prior to engaging in implied hygenic practices.

That chick smelled like a sock and she wanted me to give her a penalty box, so I had to go home and all that would save me was a vanity smurf.
