Pistachio Eyed

Pistachio eyed means that you're so high (blazed) that your eyes start to look like pistachios. Your eye is the pistachio seed and your eye lids are the pistachio shell. The shell on a pistachio slighty covers the seed inside to where you can barely see it which resembles your eyes.

"Damn man! I'm so pistachio eyed!"
"Look at Leo, he is pistachio eyed!"

the red, aching, sore hands of one that has just cracked open one too many pistachios.

May include cuts under the finger nails from shells slipping while in the opening process, and salty digits due to the delicious, but sodium rich coating on pistachios

person B: "aw man i spent the last hour trying to open pistachios"

person A: "sweet...how many did you eat?"
