the onomatopoeias

A mood characterized by various expressions of unhappiness, frustration, or melancholy best summed up by onomatopoeias, or words that imitate their sounds. Exclamations one might make while in such a mood: "Grr!" "Rawrr!" "Ugh!" "Ahh!"
Person 1: "How are you doing?"
Person 2: "Arghhhhhhh!"
Person 1: "You've got a bad case of the onomatopoeias, eh? Sucks. Hope you feel better."

onomatopoeiate

1. The act of taking the vocalization of sounds and putting them in the form of the written word.

Onomatopoeiate (n), onomatopoeiating (v), onomatopoeiated (adj).
Used primarily to describe the sounds musical instruments make. For instance, the famous adult film guitar sound would be onomatopoeiated with the words "bow chicka wow wow" because that is a rudimentary description of the sound made by the guitar.

Animal sounds, suck as meow, bow-wow, woof, moo, and so on are also examples of onomatopoeating words.

(adj): 1. Similar in trait and disposition to Jason Onorati 2. Exhibiting masochistic willingness to voluntarily subject oneself to ridicule by others by creating disadvantageous self-effacing situations 3. Well-meaning speech or gesture circumvented by extremely poor choice of verbiage or action 4. Incomprehensible, as pertaining to verbal or physical communication 5. A part of speech that combines a simile(comparison using "like" or "as"), a onomatopoeia(word that imitates a sound), and an adjective(describes a noun). Relates a quality of something while denoting a sound associated with that thing.
"Wow, did you see that silver Corvette, it was like VROOM!" (VROOM would be the similaic onomatopadjective in this case)
