The excessive amount of fluff and fur on the neck-front underside area of a dog. Usually very soft and fluffy.

“That dog Bailey has a huge nuffle!”

Throwing outrageously poor dice in games of chance.

Man, that guy can't pick up the ball, can't dodge, rolled a ton of double skulls... he's getting nuffled. This is a nuffling!
