The thong like underwear that are often worn by old men on European beaches. The man thong, not for the average male. Only men like Ron Burgundy and Pierce Brosnan are allowed to wear manties. More acceptable when worn accompanied by a robe.

Peter- WTF is that guy wearing?!
Tom- Those my friend, are manties.
Peter- HUH?
Tom- AKA the man thong.

Man panties. A fashion becoming increasingly popular as men grow moobies and ghetto booties. Smaller and more revealing than briefs or boxers, manties allow men to show off their curves. Boxers or briefs is no longer the question men's undergarments. It is now, boxers, breifs or MANTIES.

Dan's favorite pair of manties are the little blue ones with the green tractors on them.
