TP malfunction

Digital penetration of the toilet tissue usually caused by not using enough squares or just generally being a cheap fucker.

Times were tough so as a cost saving measure I only used two squares of toilet tissue per wipe. Next thing I know I'm washing poo off my finger tips. This was not my first TP malfunction.

Primarily used for referring to the exposure of breasts/areolae, but also acceptable for genitals, buttocks or underwear.

Her dress caught on the door knob and ripped. The resulting wardrobe malfunction was much to the delight of the guests. I bet she wished she had worn a bra and underwear under her dress.

deodorant malfunction

Usually happens when there's not a lot of deodorant left on the stick. You're trying to put some on, you press just a little too hard, and the entire deodorant head snaps off, leaving you with nothing. This has happened to almost every guy who uses solid deodorant regularly, and is really annoying.

Dammit, I'm going to be so sweaty today, I had a deodorant malfunction this morning...
