Ghetto Lighter

When you have 2 faulty lighters, one with a working flint/spark but no gas, the other with gas but no spark. So you have to use both lighters to spark a joint in the ghetto.

Guy 1: Have you got a lighter?

Guy 2: It's a long ting, you have to use both these lighters.

Guy 1: That's cool, pass them here.

Guy 2: WOW! How you spark that splif so fast?

Guy 1: I'm a crackhead don't you think I've used a Ghetto Lighter before!

black bottom lighter

Refers to the bottom part of a lighter (usually a BIC) that has been colored black due to the amount of times it has been utilized to compact ash and residue from smoking pot in a bowl.

You can tell that this black bottom lighter has put to good use!

police lightening

1) calling down the wrath of the police by making them shoot 50,000 volts of electricity through your body with a taser.
2) getting tasered by the police because you are either too high, drunk, stupid or any combination of the three to comply with a police order.

Australian term for someone who pockets your lighter during a group session of smoking miscellaneous herbs with a bong. Usually done by accident.
