Nickname given to someone who acts like a major creeper with a creepy voice. They usually refer to all of their friends as niggah. Some are known to drive around in vans with "Free Candy" spraypainted on the side.

the best boy in the entire world. Incredibly atheltic, has facebook mom humor, and has a big hearted for those around him. Whether it’s discussing old one piece chapters with him to tutoring him in Euro, he is loving and openly caring who will never stop to amaze me. He never fails to make me laugh and make my day 100x brighter and he deserves the world. He will always be there to make sure everything is alright. He turned my world upside down and I wouldn’t want it any other way :)
