A disabled boy who walks on crutches and stutters in the show South Park. He first appeared in Season 5 Episode 2 "Cripple Fight". He calls himself "handi-capable" and is an amateur stand-up comedian.

Jimmy Valmer: Hey w-Wendy.

Wendy Testaburger: Yeah?

Jimmy: Stan says you're a cunt...cunt...you're a cunt...

Wendy: Well tell Stan to f*ck off! (walks off)

Jimmy McSally was first used on the Bort Hardly show. The JMS is an overall square who pays his bills, isn't drunk by noon and doesn't sit in the corner pulling his soft pud while bulls bang his wife, Kankles.
