Small Town in New York. Historically a Steam train town. Mostly ignorant people and people who have less than a desirable IQ. but some of them are actually smart.. Port Java, Brother Bruno's, Len and Joe's and Hess' are the redeeming qualities of this town. The point where New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania come together.

has negatives like some dirtbags, sluts, bitches, and assholes! & some people are so ignorant! maaaad people do drugs in port! we do seem to be cursed with death, we've had about 10 teenage deaths in port....sad. also, the high school sucks!
it does have its positives, though! rafting down the river in the summer, port java, the hawks nest, point peter, hess', being by the river, smart students, nice scenery! pretty much everyone knows everyone...it is kind of just a small town! people in port like to just party, chill, hang out and have a good time!

Typical example of a small post-industrial wasteland town in upstate NY. As usual in the Hudson Valley region, their claim to fame is the long-forgotten era in which steam trains serviced the area. The symbol of the town is a romanticized depiction of a steam train running beside the town and most of their commemorative signs reference railroad tracks, railway bridges and old mule canals that were (yes, you guessed it) converted to railroad tracks.
The population is shielded from surrounding areas despite being a crossroads between three states. Most people have never been to NYC and there are some that barely visit neighboring towns.
Stores are essentially nonexistent, and the grimaces you receive when visiting the few remaining ones leave no mystery as to why this is. If you're not some longtime resident of 30 years, generally the response is one of suspicion and fear. Barring a Rite Aid and deficient Sav-A-Lot, the town is barren. There are a couple of quaint places to get ice cream if that outdated 1950s family atmosphere is desired.
The judicial system is corrupt, with two judges who also function as private attorneys complete with websites soliciting business and all. So unless you pay one to represent you in front of the other, there is automatic bias. The police are typical of a bad neighborhood, always constantly suspecting everyone under 60 years old of wrongdoing.

A man named Jervie a tall person who is caring, loving and supportive. Jervie has so many things he wants to achieve in his life. Although there maybe trials, problems he is always a positive thinker . You can always share to him your problems he's open for everyone or to he's loved one's. Jervie is a jolly person, he'll make you laugh in little things. He is happy when he becames someone's happiness. He gets angry but he'll never show you, he'll just smile or he's mood will be ruined . And when he loves a girl he wants it for a long time. He's sweet, clingy and when he's in serious mode, he's totally serious. Jervie is so protective to his girl. He's so boyfriend material can cook, can drive and can do many things. He is also good in playing basketball .He is the kind of a man that every woman would wish to have. Jervie respects everyone,humble person, and he's so handsome. Jervie deserves to be loved.

it is actually in new york. the ice cream shop is called the creamery (really hot ppl work there) and shop rite is in montague, NJ (see montague) there arent that many hillbillies. trucks cant navigate through the small streets and it was nominated the coolest small town to live in.
every year someone finds a way to die... usually a teenager.
the only good thing this town has going for it is the fact that its way cooler than a new jersey town and that its wrestling team is really good. (or was at one point)

ha port jervis: it is kinda like that movie whoville lol its on the other side of the mountain the people are very sheltered and middletown feels like a lifetime away, half the people from port jervis have never been there....lol there is this thing there called weeds girlfriend the weed that im talking about it not smokeable it is deadly!!! the song ghetto from akon the streets remind me of quick sand when your on them you keep going down, and ther is no one to hold u up and noone to hold onto you keep on falling noone can here you calling so you end of self destructing...i have have always been told pajamas and slippers are for bed but in this town thats the new skinny jean...lmao i will never forget my port scurvis experience ever ever ever in my life i hope to never return there and im sorry for anyone who has to live there and start there life.
