an extraordinary man from Aichi, Japan. his soul is purely like an angel. he has the brightest smile that anyone could ever discover. he's the guy that you see in the volleyball court, stooping down with his hand on his knee and sometimes he be licking his dry lips or winking over his teammates. a kind of guy who makes you feel a tiny butterflies start filling your belly when you think about him. sometimes you can see a tiny sparks in his pupils when he got asked about volleyball and his dedication to live for the better. he's a very reliable captain.

Defined as a term used by “Engineers” as well as other “Technical Professionals” to describe something that looked really good ON PAPER but FLOPPED BADLY in implementation &/or practice. Also a saying to describe a leadership or professional decision that crashed & burned.
