Ineptard

A person who lacks basic skills and shows obvious signs of chromosome misappropriation. Ineptards are commonly seen waiting for the struggle bus wearing sweatpants and helmets and are known to get outsmarted by salads, gravity etc. If you encounter an ineptard do not engage, ineptards have been known to make others dumber by simply standing next to them.
