A slang word for items to either piss someone off or play off the misspelled form of items

Example 1:

MMORPG'er 1: Hey man you got items?
MMORPG'er 2: HAY'LL NO U CAINT HAS MAH ITENZ!
MMORPG'er 1: Itenz? WTF U SPEAK MAN?
MMORPG'er 4: GTFO DEEZ MAH ITENZ!

Example 2:

Nigger: Boss massa where we goin?
Massa: Man u just walk K!
Nigger: Massa u dropped sum'in
Massa: NIGGA PICK UP MAH ITENZ

Example 3:

You: Mom what checkout lane?
Mom: The express honey
You: Says 15 Itenz or less we have 16
Mom: *Rages*
