As the name implies, an ICB is an unexpected boner that pops up during class. This can easily happen when sleeping or daydreaming in class. The ICB is most annoying when it happens right before the class ends.
I fell asleep during lecture today and woke up with an ICB, so I performed a belt tuck to hide it when class ended.
