This laughter began in 1996 when a stalker commited suicide after attempting to blow up sulfuric acid onto artist/singer Bjork on a mail bomb delivered to her residence. Before ever getting to watch the news and fulfill his plan, he decided to record himself committing suicide with a headshot to the brains. It was 89% effective as it was a shitty gun. Before doing this, he released a sudden "hurr durr" and fell to his demise where he began to piss himself. This is where the "hurr durr" spree began.
