Hootah

Being loud to let people other know how powerful the person is doing the hootah.

A teacher often uses a hootah, when the class is talking and she needs attention so she says like 'HEY!!' really loudly.

'SHUT UP!!'

'Jeez, im sorry man. That was a good hootah though!'
