To laugh while hiccuping, usually as a result of being drunk, high, or laughing way too hard. Often uncontrollable, slightly embarrassing, and usually hilarious to everyone nearby. Combines "hic" with "giggle".

Can be combined with a snart into a one-two knockout. May cause emotional and physical damage. Proceed with caution.
