A condescending phrase used to preface the dissemination of an important (often revolutionary) piece of information from a self-identified superior being to a subjectively-determined inferior being. Usually used during paste up, sometimes as an insult, though most often as part of the Denebola vernacular.

This comes from story where two guys were having a threesome with a chick and one reached the desired result much more quickly than desired. Upon having having trouble erecting the flagpole for round 2 the 2nd guy decided he would "help a brother out" by blowing gently on his balls in an effort to re-stimulate his friend (I have no idea how this would help at all). So to help a brother out now just refers blowing on another guys balls!
