Someone's gay husband. Usually a female's best friend who happens to be gay. Or a female's husband on facebook who is gay. Husband meaning best friend, not actually meaning that they're married. It's like... a joke.

Emily: "If Matt's gay, then why is he listed as your husband on facbeook?"

Jenna: "He's my gausband! DUH."
