A disease causing a specific part of your body to grow disproportionately large while the rest of your body grows at a normal rate.

Person 1: I have giantism
Person 2: Aw that sucks man, what part of your body?
Person 1: my penis
Person 2: You're so lucky

Grandism

Grandism is when a person believes that small actions like unboxing or using something for the first time are grand and major. They will often at times make big deals out of these small actions, and will get mad if another person does it for them. They fear that if nobody sees them, then it's meaningless.

John had never used that item in the game before due to his Grandism, but has only done it now because he is around his friends.
