Gransplaining

When someone of an older generation (typically a Baby Boomer) condescendingly explains why you are doing something wrong, even though they lack the shared experience necessary to equate theirs with yours.

"You don't need to go into debt to attend college. Just get a part-time job like I did!"

"Stop gransplaining me, Boomer."

Godsplaining

Definition #1: Verb: To dogmatically share your spiritual knowledge without asking for consent.

Definition #2: The spiritual equivalent of "Mansplaining" where the ‘splainer (man or woman) breaks down God and spirituality in a dogmatic fashion, without humility or curiosity.

Noun: Godsplainer
