Google Maps-stalk

1. v. To deceive someone into believing you are outside their house, or have been there recently, by screen-capping their house from street view in Google Maps and sending it to them as proof, as if it were a photo you took of it. Most effective when done to friends, family and acquaintances that live a sizable distance away.

2. To otherwise look up someone's address on Google Maps or Google Earth and look at their house in a stalker-like manner.

-Is Ashley in town? She took a picture of my house and sent it to me.
-Nah, she just Google Maps-stalked you.

-You have a nice tree in your yard.
-Stop Google Maps-stalking me!

When some one checks Google to find the location of a place that they need to get to, often considered quite nerdy. (doesn't stop me from doing it though)

Tom: hey do you know where this club is James?

James: yeah I Google Mapped it.

google maps follower

A type of software or application that allows a user to track the real-time location of another person or vehicle using Google Maps. The user can set up the software to receive notifications or updates on the location of the tracked person or vehicle, and can also view their location history over a certain period of time. Google Maps Follower is often used for personal safety and security, tracking employee or delivery fleet, or for keeping track of loved ones.

Person 1: "I've been worried about my kids lately, I think I'm gonna get a "Google Maps Follower" for their phones.

Person 2: "That's a great idea! It will give you peace of mind knowing where they are at all times"

Person 1: "Exactly. I'll be able to see where they are and make sure they're safe, and I can even set up notifications so I know when they leave school or get home."

Google Mapstalked

When a person Google Maps searches another person's house. Much like facebook stalking, but you see where the person lives which is essentially much more creepy.

Person 1: Hey, do you need directions to Joe's place for the party?
Person 2: Nah, I already Google Mapstalked it. He lives in a development.
Person 1: That's not creepy at all.

A place most people have never heard of, the result of which is that one who needs to travel there will have to search for the location using Google Maps.
