A gayfish; unlike a gay fish that has a positive meaning, a gayfish is used, in a negative way, to refer to a straight cis man who's possibly closeted

e.g.

Person A: OMG HAVE YOU HEARD ABOUT GAYFISH??

Person B: Yeah, I heard he was closeted
