Good ol' boy

A redneck that holds his guns, hunt'n, knives, drink'n and mud'n to the highest standard. These men often be-little women, take advantage of them in every way, are highly racist, sexist, ageist, and any other 'ist' that you can think of. They also care little about anyone but there close knit group of other fellow good ol' boys that will amount to very little. Future aspirations of a good ol' boy include: local butcher, pizza delivery boy, or bar back. Their family lineage is less of a tree and more of a stick, as it is common for them to procreate with a cousin or 2nd cousin.

Mike- "Hey Travis, Let's get all the good Ol' boys together and go see what kind of tail we can scrape up."
Travis- "Hey MiKe, that sounds like a swell idea but I just go diagnosed with herpes."
Mike- "that's ok, they dont have to know."

Travis - "Oh ya, why should I tell them?! Also let's go frog gigg'n after. "
Mike - "I reckon that sounds like a hootenanny of a time!"

Good 'Ol Boy Network 

1) A series of contacts (relatives, friends, friends of friends, ect.) who are willing to help accomplish a task. Usually each contact has some sort of specialty that makes them beneficial to a specific task. Many Good 'Ol Boy Networks operate on a favor system.

An Original Good Ol' Boy or Girl ( O.G.O.B / OGOB , or OGOG ) is someone chooses to live a rural lifestyle instead of an urban one; a person who prefers the old school over the new.

It is someone who still loves and identifies with things that more than often aren't accepted as "cool, popular, modern, practical, or politically correct" to most of society.
