Someone who is literally so stupid, every now and then they forget to breath. They are generally recognized by random intakes of breath. Sometimes belly rumbling also occurs as they also forget to eat!
Person A: look at that guy, He nearly passed out!
Person B: oh yes He is that Forgets to breathe guy.
Person A: oh yes, he does look seriously stupid!
Person B: He does indeed.
Person B: oh yes He is that Forgets to breathe guy.
