they're excused and are more respected then wiggers because they are people of color,and look more black naturally and are closer to black people then whites. thats not a good excuse! they are still asian/pacific islander, and they should act like themselves, not take on another culture. normally figgers are totally ignorant of filipino culture, or are think their culture is boring-well it kind of is.
