The male version of bye felicia.
When someone says he's leaving and you really just don't give a shit, his name immediately becomes "Felicio", a random piece of shit that nobody is sad to see go. His real name becomes irrelevant cuz nobody cares what it really is. Instead, he's now "Felicio".
