A descriptive term commonly used in higher-class restaurants, where the diner has a dislike of capers, and requests that the capers be removed.

- Would sir like wine with his Shallots and Capers?
- Actually, could you have that excaperated, please?

Its used when you dont remember how to say Exaggerated or Ecenteric or hyper.
